We are very pleased with the service we received from DeMark Home on November 12, 2011.  Our furnace went down at the middle of December with minus temperature outside and our friends referred us to contact you guys. We have 2 little kids in the house and couldn’t take our chances to stay without the heat for a few days. Just wanted to leave a comment on your employee Mike who did replacement of our Hot Water Tank, he did a great and fast job and we had our hot water tank running up in no time, he also spent his time answering our questions about our old furnace and gave us pretty good suggestions. Excellent service, we replaced our hot water heater with DeMark Home who offered us a rental program through Summitt Home Services, we got a bigger tank size for free and in addition to that the pressure in our shower went back to normal, as we were experiencing low pressure with our old Direct Energy tank.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the service I received from DeMark Home Ontario. Technicians who replaced my hot water tank were professionally trained; they explained how long the replacement would take, laid down tarps to capture any dirt, when they finished the job they explained the best temperature setting for my house and asked if I had any questions.  A big plus to the company for training your technician professionally.

We were very impressed with the service we got from your Customer Service who assisted us with information on different types and levels of Furnaces and Air Conditioners, she suggested exactly what we were looking for, as she explained that many furnaces and AC offered through variety of smaller companies do not qualify for the government rebate as they are lower in efficiency. Maria helped us book an energy audit so that we could receive rebates totalling almost $1500 for our equipment. And the process including the audit and the installation only took 2 days. We are very thankful to your friendly stuff including the CSR and installers that came to do the installation. And we are mostly grateful for the professionalism with which we were explained the rebate options as nobody told us anything about it before. Good job DeMark Home, keep it up!

We just had our Furnace, AC and hot water tank installed at our place and wanted to leave some feedback on the excellent service that we received from your company. I was surprised as to how neat your technicians were, I’ve previously had a negative experience with HVAC Company at my old place that left a mess at my place. Your guys were amazing, they had their drop sheets to cover any mess, and they even swept my floor after they finished their job. The equipment works great, it is vey quite, the workmanship was neat and precise and the installation was done very fast, I was afraid they will take a long time, but the guys were very experience and new very well what they were doing. We are very impressed with your service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service. My family just bought a new house and shopper around for Furnace and Air Conditioner as our furnace was 22 years old and the house never had an AC. We contacted number of different companies including Direct Energy, first of all the price was high as it is but when the installer came to our place to do an inspection he came out with an even higher price coming up with number of extra job that will need to be done. We decided to hold off on the replacement for some time. The next day we had a sales person form DeMark Home Ontario who worked in the area sip by our place. Not only did he offer us a great rental to own program where we didn’t have to pay a penny upfront but also the installation was absolutely free. We just the equipment installed few days ago, and couldn’t have asked for a better service and such a great product that is on rental basis through Summitt Home Services who DeMark Home turned out to be partners with. Not only did we get a brand new equipment for free on rental basis but it also has a lifetime free maintenance service. If you don’t have cash upfront like we, call DeMark Home and they will explain rental options for you where you can buy out your equipment at any time at a lower price than other companies offer. We never knew of this option and very pleased with sales person who explained everything to us.

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful services. Technicians who replaced my hot water tank were friendly and were able to address my questions about the service and warranties very thoroughly. They also very neat, asked me if they should take their shoes off when entering my basement, even though i have unfinished basement. Just great service over all!

Your installer just left 2 hours ago and I cant wait to tell you how great him and his helper were. They both are young guys and i was a little sceptical of their credibility at first, but when they finished the job of installing my Furnace and Hot water tank i was impressed and took back everything that i thought at first. My house had custom duct work, it was not the standard size which shouldn’t have been done in the first place. For the new furnace the duct work needed to be adjusted, previous guys who came to do inspection for my furnace told me it would cost at least 600$ which i refused. Your installers not only were able to work out a great deal with me but the job they’ve done is perfect. They’ve redone the duct work, they spent time making adjustments and at the end result my furnace works great and it gets the heat to all 3 storeys (including basement), as we’ve previously didn’t have enough hot air on the second floor.
