Hey folks
we had couple of beers with my friends yesterday and when we ran out of beer we stepped down to his basement to grab more and i was shocked when i saw his hot water heater in the basement, 24 years old and he is still paying monthly rental fees of $15. Take a look at the picture i took :)))))Thats crazy old, they should replace it, this tank needs to go. It can leak anytime now
I had an old one but it didnt look as bad 🙂
24 years is crazy. Most water heaters start acting up at the 15 year mark. Your friend is real lucky that thing is still kicking haha. At that point I think he should definitely replace it with something new
I’d tell your friend to get a new water heater. Why has he been waiting for so long? If he doesnt have the money to purchase then renting is always an option. There’s plenty of good rental companies out there
