New Rinnai RX Tankless Water Heaters
The all-new Rinnai RX Series Pro Build Tankless Water Heater is here bringing the new standard for energy efficiency and a meticulous design crafted with the professional in mind.
Rinnai has introduced their brand-new Pro Build RX Series Tankless Water Heaters that set the standard for efficiency at 0.98 UEF (Uniform Factor Energy) and is the ultimate package for home comfort. The Rinnai RX features an Adaptive Gas Valve with Smart Sense technology that allows for seamlessly switching between Propane and Natural gas without using a conversion kit.
Meticulously designed with the HVAC professional in mind, the Rinnai RX Series not only offers significant energy savings, but also has key improvements in operational performance, ease of installation, and serviceability. Its key new features include:
- Adaptive Gas Valve Technology – This feature allows for seamless switching between natural gas or propane for optimal combustion, eliminating the need for a conversion kit.
- Quick Flush – Makes periodic preventative maintenance a simple task by providing a more quick and efficient flushing procedure.
- Versa Vent Outdoor Vent Cap – This adapts any Rinnai RX series water heater for easy outdoor installation.
- Rinnai Central App – The Rinnai Central App simplifies water heater setup and registration by allowing you to connect your smartphone or tablet to the Rinnai RX via Bluetooth.
Other new technological upgrades to the Rinnai RX series include:
- The improved Primary and Secondary heat Exchangers enable more efficient heat transfer and have a robust design with minimal joints. The 444 stainless steel construction provides increased heat resistance and durability.
- The newly enhanced Turbo Fan allows for longer vent runs and flexible venting options. Industry leading 75 feet with 2”/4” concentric and 2” PVC/CPVC/PP. Up to 150 feet with 3”/5” concentric and 3” PVC/ CPVC/PP.
- Its new Retro-fit Internal Pump Kit allows for non-pump models to utilize Rinnai’s advanced recirculation capability.
- The 4-Speed DC Recirculation Pump provides you with quieter operation in a smaller size with higher heat pressure for elevated performance.
Note: While the new SENSEI RXP and RX products will replace the existing Rinnai SENSEI SE+ line, please note that the SE+ line remains a viable installation option.
