Rinnai Introduces New Installer Marketing Materials
Rinnai Corporation, manufacturer of the No.1 selling tankless water heater brand in North America, has introduced a wide array of marketing materials aimed at helping Rinnai® installers promote the company’s products to potential customers. The new marketing elements include online advertising kits and a national vehicle wrap program as well as updated printed items that communicate the details of Rinnai’s extended labor warranty on tankless water heaters. By providing installers with downloadable and customizable materials that clearly communicate the core benefits of its products, Rinnai is making it easier for installers to focus their energies on growing their business.
“Given today’s economy, we know that many installers don’t have the time or the resources to develop their own marketing campaigns,” said Rinnai Vice President of Marketing Brad Sweet. “One of the benefits of partnering with Rinnai is that we’re able to do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for installers, so they can concentrate on what matters most – supplying superior service to their customers. The marketing elements we’ve introduced provide professional-looking materials that help installers raise awareness of their business while educating customers about Rinnai’s energy-efficient heating technologies.”
Rinnai Online Advertising Kits
One of the areas where Rinnai is helping installers increase their visibility is the Internet, and the company has created online advertising kits to make marketing Rinnai products on the web a simple endeavor. The new advertising kits, which can be downloaded from Rinnai’s Partner Portal, give installers everything they need to create an online advertisement including a Rinnai logo, product images, web banners and website copy as well as tips for properly promoting Rinnai products online. The company’s new online advertising kits focus on Rinnai’s condensing tankless water heater, condensing wall-mounted boiler, direct-vent wall furnace and hydronic furnace products. In addition, Rinnai has introduced updated content for the company’s tankless water heater online advertising kit, which originally launched in 2009.
Rinnai National Dealer Vehicle Wrap Program
This past fall, Rinnai partnered with Big Graphic Impressions to launch a national vehicle wrap program that allows installers to promote their Rinnai product offerings on the exterior of their service vehicles. Featuring graphics made of high quality 3M materials and applied by 3M-certified applicators, Rinnai’s vehicle wrap visuals currently showcase either the company’s tankless or direct-vent furnace products with plans for additional designs to be available in the future. Installers that are interested in ordering a vehicle wrap should work directly with Big Graphic Impressions, which can custom-fit Rinnai’s pre-approved designs for a variety of vehicle body styles and include the installer’s logo. Once the wrap is produced, Big Graphic Impressions will travel to the installer’s location to apply the graphics. Installers should expect the entire process to take 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish. For more information about the national vehicle wrap program or to place an order, installers should visit https://www.biggraphicimpressions.com/, where they can download the wrap order form and order checklist as well as warranty information and maintenance instructions.
Updated Printed Materials
Rinnai has also introduced a variety of printed materials that will help facilitate customer outreach for installers. To communicate the extension of Rinnai’s labor warranty on tankless water heaters, the company has created bill stuffers, direct mailers, posters and other merchandise, which can be downloaded from the Rinnai Partner Portal. There, installers can also find press-ready PDF’s of ad templates, product images and logos, bill stuffers and direct mailers related to any current Rinnai product promotions. Installers can also visit Rinnai’s literature website (https://www.rinnaiprint.com/) for brochures, door hangers, counter cards and banners.
In addition, Rinnai has designed tradeshow banner stands for installers to use at local events, such as trade shows or consumer home shows. Four banner designs are currently available and describe Rinnai’s non-condensing and condensing tankless water heater units, direct-vent furnace products and the general green advantages for the company’s entire product portfolio.
“Due to the current market, it’s extremely important for small business owners to reach potential customers in new and different ways,” said Sweet. “We hope Rinnai installers will take advantage of our expanded marketing material offerings and will use them to target customer categories that they may not have considered in the past. The elements we’ve developed make advertising as simple as possible for our partners, and thanks to the range of ad materials available, it should be easier than ever for installers to broaden their customer communications.”
